I agree to release and hold harmless Michelle Denny, Dance Discovery of Austin LLC, its instructors and staff, and N.V. Metro IV, Ltd. from any liabilities including accidents, illnesses, injuries or other occurrences that may be sustained or contracted by the participants and/or the undersigned, while at the studio, at a studio event venue, or while taking classes off of the premises, online. I further agree to be financially responsible for all medical services provided to me and/or my child, including the cost of defense and enforcement of this indemnity agreement.
