Mama Stretch & Strengthen

mama-yogaThis pre-natal and post-natal community of women come together weekly on Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 to support one another as we strengthen and rebuild our bodies through pregnancy and recover after pregnancy. This course is safe for pregnant mothers and it also welcomes mamas and their babies during their first year of life. Empower yourself throughout pregnancy and rebuild and reconnect your body after pregnancy. Bond with your baby in utero and nurture your relationship in this first year of life as you heal yourself through specific exercises designed for mamas and their little ones. Join this community of strength and support!
